Late or missing refunds

International Orders
We may offer international shipping on a per-order basis, depending on service availability and cost-effectiveness. Product Quality Guarantee
TOMGEROUMUSIC.COM® produces and ships its own music books. We stand behind the quality of our products. If a book arrives with a printing error—such as a misprint or production defect—we will gladly replace it, provided a corrected version is available. Please notify us upon receipt and include details of the issue so we can assess and resolve it.
Please note: We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping or for delays that occur once a product is in transit with the carrier.
