Refund policy

Refunds or replacements will be accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Postal delays and delivery issues beyond the control of TOMGEROUMUSIC.COM® do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@tomgeroumusic.com . Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If an exchange or refund is authorized and we request that the product is returned, it must be in the same condition in which it was received—unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
