Shipping policy

TOMGEROUMUSIC.COM® ships physical merchandise via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to U.S. locations and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis, depending on destination and service availability.

At checkout, we offer multiple USPS shipping options so customers may choose the balance of speed and cost that best meets their needs. USPS Ground Advantage is typically the best balance of delivery speed and price. Media Mail is the slowest option and may take longer to arrive.

All orders are packaged with care to help ensure materials arrive in good condition. Once an order is accepted by the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title for the shipment transfers to the customer.
