This jazzy duet uses the blues progression and the chromatic scale along with chromatic inflections to create this fun, energetic duet. Instead of using triplets for the ‘swing’ feel, the piece is written in compound triple meter (6/8 time). The melody is split between the hands, with equal melodic sharing between parts. There are some blocked intervals as well as 3-Note Chords.
